Eric Herboso is an Omnistar Interactive product developer and customer support engineer. He has developed various features and components of many Omnistar Etools products. Some of the many products that he has worked with include our OSI Affiliate program software and our Omnistar Kbase FAQ software. In addition to developing new features and components of our Omnistar Etools software, Eric also resolves escalated customer support issues and bug fixes that are reported by our customers. Eric is very passionate about his product development responsibilities and is a true asset to our staff.
