What is the difference between the hosted and install version?

If you get the Server Install version then you can immediately download the software and install it on your server with PHP and MYSQL and pay a one-time fee. However, if you get our hosted version, then we will install the software on our server and you would pay us a monthly fee.

How does the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee Work?

If you cancel at any time within 90 days of signing up you can request a refund by submitting a trouble ticket. Your refund will be processed the same day and you will receive a confirmation email the same day letting you know that we have issued you a refund.

Do you charge for installation for the install plan?

No, we do not charge for professional installation. We offer same day installation of our install plan if it is required. Once you buy the software, you will be able to immediately download the software and we provide you with an installation guide. However, if you want our install team to install the software, you can fill out our installation form and we will install the software on the same day if you fill out the form before 4pm (ET) Monday – Friday.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. If you get the hosted plan, then Omnistar Recruiter is a pay as you go program. If you get the install version, then you pay a one time fee and use the software forever and install the software on your server.

If I get the Basic Hosted plan, can I upgrade?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time by opening a trouble ticket.

What type of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. If you want to pay via Pay Pal, then you can use our Pay Pal Order Form.

Do you have a trial?

If I get the hosted plan, can I upgrade to the install plan?
